Wait for return approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approval of returns, refunds, or replacements is subject to inspection results.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product
Must Have Market is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
