1) Delivery Coverage
We deliver all over Bangladesh (BD).
2) Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Within 24–72 hours (1–3 working days) after order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, or courier workload.
3) Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the due amount at delivery.
4) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on delivery location:
Inside Dhaka City: BDT 60
Outside Dhaka City: BDT 120
5) Order Confirmation & Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. During campaigns, peak times, or public holidays, processing and delivery may take a bit longer than usual.
6) Delivery Issues & Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or no recipient available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
7) Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with:
